The Department of Physical Education provides training facilities for all the students and staff of this Institute. It has excellent infrastructure facilities for both outdoor and indoor games. The outdoor games include Badminton, Ball Badminton, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, HandBall, Hockey, Tenni-Coit, Throw ball, and clay court Tennis. Volley Ball, Flood Light facility is provided to all the outdoor and Indoor games.
The Indoor Games provides the following facilities:
Chess, Caroms, Table Tennis.
Activities of the Department include
- Organizing Intramural and Extramural competitions and preparing the students for the same.
- Encouraging student participation in Inter-collegiate, Inter University and other open tournaments in the country.
- Organizing Inter-Collegiate tournaments, Inter University tournaments & coaching camps and open tournaments in various sports and games.
- Organizing tournaments for Teaching and Non-Teaching staff.
